Sigh. This is evidence of the philosophy of the president and the people he
appoints to his administration. No president in my lifetime has been so
closelyociated with so many enemies of liberty and such dangerous ideas.

Quite fortunately, she cant do it single handedly. That's no justification,
however, for allowing an enemy of free expression (and she is just that, as
evinced by her own words and advocacy) on the court.
