I am not appointed to speak up for Muslims, but I constantly
hear voices appealing that they are not all Al Quadr (sorry,
can't spell).
"Fundamentalists" seems to fuzzy, and is (in my experience) taken
to mean any Asian with a beard or traditional clothing.

You may be accepting that the reasons for making war on another
country can be as weak as those for the 2nd one on Iraq?
If not, then your opponents have a case, quoting UN rules and the
normally accepted Sovereignty of nations.
Just to check, how would you like a nation that has become stronger
than USA (Not so far off) attacking Your nation because of the same
excuses?
That type of calculation led all nations to sign up to the UN.
Evils have to be counted up, and none cancel out others.
