Misanthropic, unfunny, anti-Jewish idiocy. Voice reviewer nails it
though she neglects to make any mention of the perfectly stupid ending
with the song. Typical suburban, druggy shallowness. Domestic b.o. is
9.2 m. They should consider that an undeserved gift. A SINGLE Man,
otoh, surprisingly good. Very interesting. Haven't figured out why
Hoberman called it Nazi ., but I'm interested. Hoping to see
HEADLESS WOMAN as soon as possible, which sounds like it could be an
updated version of the very good mid-50s DEATH OF A CYCLIST (anyone
know it?) made by Juan A. Bardem, uncle of Coen's NO COUNTRY star
Javier and starring [pant pant] LUcia Bose.
