It always looked to me like one of those low-bid projects, like in scifi
flicks where we see a helicopter drop behind a hill and then there's
dust kicked up and an explosion and the camera shakes and then the
survivor staggers into view. We see the bad guys approach the pumps,
then the screen is filled with fire. Cheap.
